• Eligibility for Returns : Items must be returned within 1 days of delivery, in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. 
• Non-Returnable Items : Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
• Defective or Damaged Items : If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. For returning the defective item, unboxing video is much more important than we will help you for a replacement or refund of the product.
• Refund Process : Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping Costs : Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.  

• Exchange Policy : If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
